Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № DP-5841 of October 3, 2019 "On measures to hold the International Craft Festival", DP-3991 of November 1, 2018 "On holding the International Craft Festival" and "On holding the International Pottery Forum and the exhibition and trade in ceramic products" In order to ensure the implementation of decisions DP-5229 of August 23, 2021

In the period from September 21 to 23, 2023, the II the International Craft Festival will be held in the city of Kokand, and simultaneously in the city of Rishtan, the International Pottery Forum and Pottery Sales Exhibition will be held.
Academia, artisans, dignitaries and major retailers who have expressed their desire to participate are invited to attend.
