The expert drew attention to the role of the leadership of the heads of state of Central Asia in the process of regional integration.

"Thanks to the firm political will and joint efforts of the presidents of all five countries of the region, today our peoples live in a New Central Asia, which meets their aspirations."

As noted, the standards of Central Asian policy are pragmatism, responsibility, and foresight - qualities without which effective governance in the region is impossible.
