Within the framework of the high-level plenary session "Global world (sky) order and the puzzle of Eurasian security," the Director of the CPPC Sanjar Valiyev delivered a speech.
In his speech, the expert emphasized that Central Asia today is becoming a conductor of stability and gives additional stability to the entire Eurasian security system.
Thanks to the consolidation and political will of the leaders, the region is undergoing qualitative transformations and forming a new model of interaction based on trust and pragmatic cooperation.
Separately, the SPMI Director noted that security is not a given, but a constant process of joint efforts. In this context, the initiatives being promoted under the auspices of the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, as well as the new practical mechanisms of interaction - from the meetings of heads of specialized agencies to the "Birlik-2025" exercises and the Fergana Peace Forum - are of particular importance.
According to the analyst, today Uzbekistan has initiated the preparation of the Concept for Ensuring Regional Security and Stability, which is designed to become a prototype of the general principles of Eurasian security.
The philosophy of the new Concept reflects the multidimensional nature of modern security, including environmental, socio-economic, technological, and humanitarian aspects.
