During the bilateral negotiations with the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus Vadim Sinyavsky, the prospects for ensuring security, training highly qualified specialists for the system, and mutual exchange of best practices in the field were discussed in detail. At the meeting, special attention was paid to the modernization of rescue systems and increasing the capacity for rapid response in crisis situations.
